We have openings in our offices for Mortgage Loan Processors who can process new loan applications originated within these offices. This includes gathering all documents necessary to create a financial picture of a loan applicant using prescribed guidelines for each loan type, submitting that file for underwriting and obtaining all conditions required for funding the loan.
Full knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional lending guidelines. Ability to operate a variety of computer programs including Word, Excel, and loan processing and underwriting software programs such as Genesis 2000, DU, LP, etc.
Associate of Arts (AA) or Bachelor's (BA) degree OR one to two years related experience and/or training as a Mortgage Loan Processor. Bilingual a plus. Top

Responsibilities include pre-close and post funding appraisal reviews, managing value appeals and managing a small support staff. Must be a Certified/Licensed residential RE appraiser.
